About the event
Beetles and other bugs are important for pest control, pollination, and decomposition, contributing to a healthy ecosystem. Learn about these incredible insects and paint your own beetle and bug house, which can offer overwintering and foraging grounds for beneficial insects, reducing the need for pesticides and promoting biodiversity.
Recommended ages: 3-7 (for children who can focus on a task).
Fee: $20.00 (includes wooden bug house)
Sign up early, as supplies are limited!
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Caregivers MUST remain on site during the duration of the workshop. Internet and space to read/work are available.
