Welcome to Treehorn Farm, LLC. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services, including, but not limited to, CSA subscriptions, wholesale orders, our online store, wedding flowers, music, and event bookings. By using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Use of Our Website


1.1 Eligibility:

  • You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases or enter into agreements on this website. By using this site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

1.2 Accuracy of Information:

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making purchases or inquiries. We are not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information.

1.3 Prohibited Activities:
You may not use our website to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Engage in fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized activities

  • Interfere with the website’s functionality or security


2. Orders and Payments


2.1 Order Acceptance:

  • All orders are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for pricing errors or product availability.

2.2 Pricing:

  • Prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. Taxes, shipping, and other applicable fees will be calculated at checkout.

3. CSA Subscriptions


3.1 Subscription Terms:

  • CSA subscriptions are non-refundable once the growing season begins unless we are unable to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances (see more details on our CSA product pages)

3.2 Pickup and Delivery:

  • Subscribers are responsible for collecting their shares at the designated location and time. Missed pickups are non-refundable.

4. Weddings, Events, and Music Services


4.1 Deposits and Payments:

  • A 15% deposit is required to secure your wedding flowers, event, or music services. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the event or we may cancel the event and retain your deposit.

4.2 Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 30 days before a wedding, event, or music service are eligible for a refund of the deposit, minus an administrative fee of $250. This gives us time to reschedule the event and recoup losses. Cancellations made after this timeframe are non-refundable.

4.3 Liability:

  • We are not responsible for damages or delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather or third-party vendors.

5. Wholesale Orders


5.1 Order Minimums and Customizations:

  • Wholesale orders must meet minimum quantities. Custom orders must be confirmed and approved before production begins.

5.2 Returns and Refunds:

  • All wholesale orders are final unless the product is damaged or defective upon delivery. We are not responsible for what happens to the product after it has been received by the wholesale customer.

6. Intellectual Property


All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Treehorn Farm, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without our permission. (And believe us, we'll come for you if you do any one of these things.)

7. Limitation of Liability


We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, revenue, or profits.

8. Indemnification


You agree to indemnify and hold Treehorn Farm, LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our website or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law


These Terms are governed by the laws of New York/USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York/USA.
